Volunteer Opportunities

One of the major reasons that Hold Back The Snow has been so successful for 29 years and continues to attract dozens of teams to attend the tournament is the multitude of volunteers that aid in running the event. Parents and family are welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you wish. In fact, it is not uncommon for people to stay working beyond their scheduled time, as they are enjoying the opportunity to work with other parents and to have a positive affect on the experience we offer so many young athletes.

Volunteers must be an approved volunteer to sign up and help at Hold Back the Snow. Please confirm the status of your background checks, and/or initiate the straightforward process of becoming an approved volunteer, by contacting Ms. Michelle Woods, SJR’s Human Resources Coordinator, at 204.477.2490 or mwoods@sjr.mb.ca.
